BENEFITS : Zep Lubeze Drill Chill is a cutting oil that eliminates heat at its source to ensure clean, smooth cuts and prolonged tool life. It is fortified with sulfur and chlorine compounds for extreme pressure applications. Lubeze Drill Chill also provides maximum lubrication, reduces friction, and results in minimal wear. It also leaves a temporary, rust-inhibiting coating on tools and freshly-cut metal surfaces. In addition, it also prolongs tool life by allowing increased cutting speeds and lowering cutting resistance, resulting in less torque and lower power requirements. It also acts to prevent chips resulting from welding to the cutting tool surface, as well as acting to prevent seizing. It clings to surfaces and resists run-off and break-down. Zep Lubeze Drill chill is also available in aerosol form.

APPLICATIONS
A premium cutting oil fortified with sulfur and chlorine compounds for
effectiveness in extreme pressure applications. Provides excellent lubricity.
Reduces energy requirements by lowering resistance to cutting tool. Prolongs tool
life by decreasing wear. Leaves a light protective film on workpiece and tool
surfaces. Lighter in color and has lower odor than most sulfurized metalworking
fluids. An excellent fluid for general and severe machining operations on tough
metals such as stainless and high carbon steels as well as soft metals like
aluminum.
DIRECTIONS:
ZEP LUBEZE DRILL CHILL is used undiluted in the coolant system of metal
working equipment. Also available in convenient aerosol for applications in which
more controlled amounts of coolant are required.
